Shipping Charges and Policies

The following is a basic shipping chart for www.west20.com ground orders.  Charges based on the subtotal amount in your cart.
 
These are averages and are subject to change on sizes and weights of actual items ordered.  We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary.
 
West 20 Saddle Company will process shipments Monday through Friday.
Most orders will be processed and shipped during the business week within 48 hours of the customer placing the order. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will process by Tuesday of the following week)
 
West 20 Saddle Company will complete customer orders using UPS and USPS.  Transit times can vary depending on customer location. If customer needs expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Service Representative at 262-642-4274 to further discuss shipping rates.
 
Our shipping rates apply to the Contiguous 48 states.  International orders, as well as orders from Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping costs.

International Orders: Please note Duty and Customs fees will be applied to your order by the shipper when your order enters your country.  We have no control over these costs.
 
Free Shipping
 
Free Saddle Shipping and free shipping promotions will always apply ONLY to the contiguous 48 states.  International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions or free saddle shipping.  Returns on free shipping orders may be charged back original shipping costs.  If you have any question as to whether your order qualifies for free shipping, please call the store for verification prior to placing your order.
 
Air Shipping
 
If you have an item that needs to be shipped via air, please email us at julie@west20.com or call us at 262-642-4274.  Due to various package sizes we do not offer air shipping at a standard rate.
 
Drop Shipping
 
Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the vendor.  The delivery of your items could take from 7-14 business days after placing your order.  Drop-shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.  Expedited shipping is not available.  Promotion codes, including discounts and free shipping codes may not apply.  Drop-ship items may not have tracking information available.
 
Backorders
 
We will make every attempt to have all items in stock.  However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
 
Damages & Shortages
 
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection.  Damages and shortages must be reported to West 20 within 72 hours.
 
Refused/Undeliverable Shipments
 
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, West 20 reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.
